求翻譯：關于占有的分類，理論界也有很多種分法，有五分法、七分法等，筆者認為不管對占有理論上存在多少種分類，其目的都只有一個，即更準確和全面的理解占有制度或者說明一個問題。所以至于說哪種分類更為合理，我認為不是一個應該有爭議的問題，只是人們為了更好的論述某個問題所選取的側重點一樣而已是什么意思？ 待解決
