求翻譯：當前，許多高等職業(yè)院校建筑工程技術專業(yè)的學歷教育與行業(yè)人才需求嚴重脫節(jié)。主要原因除了實訓條件不足，教師缺乏實踐能力外，更重要的是傳統(tǒng)的學科體系課程不適應培養(yǎng)崗位需要的職業(yè)能力和素養(yǎng)。當務之急需要打破傳統(tǒng)模式下的學科體系的課程設置，進行專業(yè)課程體系建設與教學改革。本文以“依托于產業(yè)、來源于職業(yè)、服務于企業(yè)、對接到崗位”為構建思路，側重學生職業(yè)能力訓練和可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力培養(yǎng)，運用工作過程系統(tǒng)化課程體系開發(fā)方法，確定崗位和典型工作任務、劃分行動領域并轉化為學習領域課程，構建本專業(yè)工作過程系統(tǒng)化課程體系。是什么意思？ 待解決
