本合同一式兩份，在中國(guó)和英語(yǔ)，一個(gè)中國(guó)的每一方的原件和一份英文正本，兩種文本同等作準(zhǔn)。本合同從它是由雙方授權(quán)代表簽署之日起生效。第10條所列的附件應(yīng)構(gòu)成本合同不可分割的一部分。任何修訂或補(bǔ)充本合同后，雙方授權(quán)repesentatives已簽署的書(shū)面文件將是有效的，構(gòu)成合同的組成部分。
