本合同一式兩份，在中國和在egnlish，一個中國的每一方的原件和一份英文正本，兩種文本同等作準。本合同從它是由雙方授權代表簽署之日起生效。第10條所列的附件應構成本合同不可分割的一部分。任何修訂或補充本合同后，雙方授權repesentatives已簽署的書面文件將是有效的，構成合同的組成部分。
