求翻譯：我們在Notes中通過視圖查看文檔，只是看到視圖中顯示了文檔的部分域，但不表示文檔中的其它域不存在或丟失了這個道理，只是文檔的一種顯示方法，這和Access不同，Access將所有的字段都顯示不來。但Notes只是顯示你需要的一些字段，其它的域仍然在文檔中，只是你暫時不需要用到這些域是什么意思？ 待解決
