求翻譯：筆者認為社會習俗、國家權力和政治關系是緊密相關的，習俗有生存意義層面上的和秩序維持層面上的內涵，習俗作為考察國家與社會關系的一個切入點也很自然，習俗有從社會流向國家的信息傳遞，而國家很多時候會選擇對習俗加以引導利用，把習俗作為一種柔性地治理手段。筆者的預期是通過湖北恩施地區限制鄉村酒席這一現象透視社會習俗和國家權力的相互作用。鄂西恩施地區，公權力以扶正民俗為目標，通過政策手段對鄉村酒席習俗進行直接介入，用動員體制內的資源，鼓勵群眾基層自治等形式限制鄉村酒席，對此當地人民出現了幾種不同的反應，大部分人持支持態度，但也也少部分人表露了相反的意見，與公權力進行著反作用。是什么意思？ 待解決
