求翻譯：盧梭在兩百多年前提出了著名的“社會契約論”， “人是生而自由的，但卻無往不在枷鎖之中。”他所說的政治權威在我們的自然狀態中并不存在，所以我們需要一個社會契約。在社會契約中，每個人都放棄天然自由，而獲取契約自由；在參與政治的過程中，只有每個人同等地放棄全部天然自由，轉讓給整個集體，人類才能得到平等的契約自由。雖然是經典，但是逐漸不能適應新的社會變化，無法合理的全面的解釋新的社會現象，比如在國際法中人權與主權的關系，筆者在此提出一種新的模型，在繼承“社會契約論”的基礎上，做一些改變，使之能夠合理的解釋人權與主權的關系。并根據得出的結論運用在解釋現今的國際人權問題上，并對聯合國的國際人權機構提出建議。是什么意思？ 待解決
