求翻譯：在參與政治的過程中，只有每個人同等地放棄全部天然自由，轉(zhuǎn)讓給整個集體，人類才能得到平等的契約自由。雖然經(jīng)典，但是逐漸不能適應(yīng)新的社會變化，無法合理的全面的解釋新的社會現(xiàn)象，比如在國際法中人權(quán)與主權(quán)的關(guān)系，筆者在此提出一種新的模型，在繼承“社會契約論”的基礎(chǔ)上，做一些改變，使之能夠合理的解釋人權(quán)與主權(quán)的關(guān)系。并根據(jù)得出的結(jié)論運用在解釋現(xiàn)今的國際人權(quán)問題上，并對聯(lián)合國的國際人權(quán)機構(gòu)提出建議。是什么意思？ 待解決
