求翻譯：【摘要】近年來，關于大學生焦慮引起的心理健康問題呈逐年上升趨勢，大學生的焦慮狀態越來越受到社會的普遍關注。針對此現象做此調查問卷，對南京特教學院康復科學系畢業師范班108名同學進行調查，結果表明特殊教育師范生在畢業前，有25人（23.2%）存在焦慮的情緒，其中輕度焦慮19人，占17.6%；中度焦慮6人，占5.6%；無重度焦慮。從就業壓力、學習壓力、生活不規律方面分析原因；從而提出樹立正確的就業觀、加強自我調節、調整生活規律、開展心理健康教育等合理建議，從而減輕特殊教育師范生畢業前的焦慮狀態，建立良好的心理素質。旨在有效降低師范生畢業前的焦慮，為大學生畢業前心理健康教育提供依據。是什么意思？ 待解決
