求翻譯：我們應(yīng)該相信，隨著社會的發(fā)展，各種工作之間的差異將會越來越小，這種差異主要指的是付出的勞動與得到的報酬之間的差異，即“投入”與“產(chǎn)出”比之間的差異。這種差異一旦被消除，人們選擇什么工作主要憑的就是自己的興趣，這樣就更容易實現(xiàn)個人的價值。個人的價值釋放得越充分，對社會發(fā)展的貢獻(xiàn)就越大，社會發(fā)展得也就越快。但就中國目前的情況來看，經(jīng)濟(jì)是發(fā)展了，但人與人之間的貧富差距卻越來越大，這從表面上看好象是工種之間的差異增大了，而實際上這是由于官僚和資本家的相互勾結(jié)造成的。中國人正處于被官僚和資本家雙重剝削的非正常狀態(tài)之中，這與其他正常發(fā)展的國家是完全不同的。是什么意思？ 待解決
