求翻譯：國內(nèi)外學(xué)者針對股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)與公司績效的關(guān)系問題展開了積極地研究，成果比較豐富，但還未達(dá)成一致性的結(jié)論，甚至有些結(jié)論是相悖的。針對以上問題，本文從股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)的組成維度出發(fā)，闡述了股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)與公司績效之間關(guān)系的相關(guān)理論，并且在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上對國內(nèi)外關(guān)于股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)與公司績效關(guān)系的研究成果進(jìn)行了分析和總結(jié)。通過對國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)的回顧與對比分析，探究研究結(jié)論未達(dá)成一致性的原因。擬對股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)與公司績效關(guān)系的進(jìn)一步研究提供參考。是什么意思？ 待解決
