持牌人破產(chǎn)或者如果持牌人的業(yè)務(wù)放在手中的接收器，受讓人或受托人的債權(quán)人的利益是否由持牌人的自愿行為或以其他方式，在該事件，則持牌人須立即通知GTRC，根據(jù)本協(xié)議授予的許可證將自動成為非排他性的有效后，立即給予該通知，GTRC有權(quán)終止本協(xié)議，并通過向持牌人發(fā)出書面通知，本協(xié)議授予的許可證的。如果GTRC終止本協(xié)議，終止應(yīng)是有效的GTRC的要求持牌人發(fā)出書面通知后，立即。
