仲裁：與本合同或執行有關的所有爭端，并應友好協商。可以達到，如果沒有結算糾紛案件應提交來回中國國際貿易促進委員會對外經濟貿易仲裁委員會仲裁按照對外經濟貿易仲裁的臨時議事規則中國貿促會國際貿易促進委員會。應接受委員會的裁決為終局的，對雙方具有約束力。仲裁費用應由敗訴方，除非委員會頒發。
