求翻譯：初中生物學新課程改革自2001年通過初審至現在已有十年光陰了，課程標準和教材更新世基礎教育改革的核心內容，也是國民經濟發展的需要。本研究主要采用文獻研究法和比較研究法對初中生物教學和高等師范動物學教學的現狀及實效性展開研究，發現新課標改革下高等師范教育取得了一些佳績，但同時也暴露出諸多問題，主要原因還是許多教師仍沿用傳統的教育教學模式，并由此引發一系列的矛盾。為防止這些矛盾的進一步激化，使高等師范教育能更好地與初中生物教學接軌，我在此對高校的老師、在校生物專業師范生以及學院提出了一些相應的教學建議。是什么意思？ 待解決
