倘買方未能向賣方支付合同約定支付在三十（30）根據本合同時間與上述付款時間表天的，出賣人應當有后通知買方有權暫停工作，并立即生效或其書面形式提前六十（60）天。賣方有權暫停加額外的工作再動員和合理期限內的時間相應延長。工作的延續，是須支付及有關修訂時間表賣方和買方之間的單獨協議。
