Adjustments in national policies, laws and regulations, such as natural disasters or accidents force majeure events affecting the implementation of the provisions of the Agreement are not possible, necessary or not, both sides have no sense of responsibility.

Because of national policy force majeures or the accident and so on laws and regulations adjustment, natural disaster affect cause this agreement clause the fulfillment not impossible, nonessential or insignificant, both sides do not undertake the responsibility mutually.
