Both parties should be based on the principle of good faith compliance with this Agreement. Used in the performance of either party to fraud, coercion or violent means, the other party may terminate this agreement and all requirements of the other party for damages.

Armor second grade both sides should fulfill this agreement in line with the honest credit principle.Any side uses the cheat, the coercion or the violence method in the fulfillment, another side may relieve this agreement and request opposite party to pay indemnity for the damage.

Both parties shall be in line with the principles of honesty and credit performance of this agreement. In the performance of any party in the means of fraud, coercion or violence, the other party may terminate this agreement and to request compensation for the loss.

Nail B both sides should fulfil an protocol adhering to the honest and trustworthy principle. Either party adopts the means of swindling, coercing or violence in the implementation, another party can remove this agreement and require the other side to compensate for the losses.
