求翻譯：你好。我在公司和家都無法正常使用公司賬戶收發(fā)郵件（用FOXMAIL或者直接登錄“webmail.enesis.com”，都試過）。但其他類型的網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用就沒問題。不過KELVIN在香港的時(shí)候就可以正常收發(fā)，一切無誤。今天我與電信運(yùn)營商，硬件和網(wǎng)絡(luò)維護(hù)單位聯(lián)系過，進(jìn)行了上門檢測，各單位確認(rèn)我方網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備和線路排布正常，運(yùn)營商提供的網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)也正常。經(jīng)檢測，發(fā)現(xiàn)只有連接印尼IP地址時(shí)出現(xiàn)延時(shí)嚴(yán)重情況。故我方無法正常收發(fā)郵件。檢測新加坡IP地址時(shí)，一切正常。 我在公司的電腦按照對方提供的檢測方法，對你公司的IP地址進(jìn)行測試，得出如下結(jié)果：是什么意思？ 待解決

Hello. I worked for the Company and are unable to normal use of company email accounts (using FOXMAIL or direct login "enesis webmail . .com") and had tried. But other types of network using there is no problem. When I was in Hong Kong but KELVIN can send and receive, and everything appeared normal.
