求翻譯：健美操作為非奧運(yùn)競(jìng)賽項(xiàng)目走向了世界，我國健美操競(jìng)技水平也已達(dá)國際領(lǐng)先水平。而我省健美操教練員由于知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)不均衡以及在教練員培養(yǎng)上存在一定的問題；影響了我省健美操競(jìng)技水平的發(fā)展。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)和邏輯分析等方法對(duì)我省健美操教練員知識(shí)需求、結(jié)構(gòu)與培養(yǎng)進(jìn)行了研究。提出了加強(qiáng)陳述性知識(shí)、提高程序性知識(shí)能力、增加默許性知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí)的建議，并對(duì)教練員有效培養(yǎng)途徑以及應(yīng)解決的問題進(jìn)行了探討。是什么意思？ 待解決
