求翻譯：電路中要用到+15V和-5V電壓，可將電壓源的可調(diào)部分負(fù)端子和5V恒壓源正端子相連作為地，則可調(diào)部分正端調(diào)節(jié)為15V即得+15V電勢，5V恒壓源負(fù)端子即為-5V電勢。是什么意思？ 待解決
