求翻譯：我來自福建，大學畢業后第一份工作在一家律所做律師助理，覺得和職業生涯規劃不合，于是往行政方面轉，親戚介紹去了惠好藥業公司做法務助理，雖然叫是叫法務助理，但已經不是專門的法律領域了。后來因為買了房子，家離公司太遠，覺得對各方面都有影響，所以辭職去了朋友介紹的公司，開始專門做行政。雖然那是一家剛剛成立的小公司，但是一家公司從成立，到逐漸步入正軌，再到完善，我覺得能學到更多東西。主要工作內容就是日常行政后勤工作，比如制定一些人員管理制度，辦公用品采購分發登記，公司證件年檢，日常的考勤，文件歸檔，各部門間的協調，幫領導訂機票訂酒店等等。是什么意思？ 待解決
