求翻譯：除本合同１５條所述不可抗力原因，賣方若不能按合同規(guī)定如期交貨，按照賣方確認的罰金支付，買方可同意延期交貨，付款銀行相應(yīng)減少議定的支付金額，但罰款不得超過遲交貨物總額的５％。賣方若逾期１０個星期仍不能交貨，買方有權(quán)撤銷合同。盡管合同已撤銷，但賣方仍應(yīng)如期支付上述罰金。是什么意思？ 待解決
