求翻譯：我覺(jué)得面對(duì)一個(gè)問(wèn)題或者某些觀點(diǎn)的時(shí)候，每個(gè)人都有自己的思考方式，思考的點(diǎn)也會(huì)不盡相同，所以這難免造成觀點(diǎn)不一的情形出現(xiàn)，但這并不意味著阻礙團(tuán)隊(duì)的發(fā)展，相反，越多不同的觀點(diǎn)代表著越多的思考角度，這或許是一個(gè)頭腦風(fēng)暴的過(guò)程，集思廣益，通過(guò)將各種有建設(shè)性的意見(jiàn)綜合考慮，我想，最后，即使得出的結(jié)論并不是某個(gè)人的觀點(diǎn)，但它一定是集體思想的結(jié)晶，一方面有利于在團(tuán)隊(duì)中的實(shí)施，另一方面一定更有助于目標(biāo)的達(dá)成。是什么意思？ 待解決
