如果解決不了任何因本合同發生爭議的，基于本合同與本合同或訂單的約束，賣方與買方之間在友好的方式，來解決該爭議應通過仲裁法庭在波蘭商會電子商務的商業華沙也應適用。該法院解決的是雙方應立即執行。在英語語言中，將進行仲裁。
