摘要目的：比較早期乳腺癌保乳手術與改良根治術的臨床療效，探討早期乳腺癌的最佳手術方法。方法：觀察85例早期乳腺癌患者癌癥研究從2004年1月至2011年三月在我們醫院，42例治療組中，接受保乳手術，對照組43例接受改良根治術，兩組切口長度，手術出血，數據量。結果：手術時間越短，出血少，住院時間短，術后并發癥發生率。的美容效果，治療組的優良率顯著增高（P <0.05）。兩組總生存率和無病生存率無顯著差異（P> 0.05）。結論：對于早期乳腺癌，保乳手術是一種可行的手術方法。
