求翻譯：目的：探討口咽通氣管取樣在新生兒肺炎痰培養(yǎng)中的應(yīng)用及新生兒肺炎致病菌的種類，指導(dǎo)臨床合理使用抗生素。方法：對100例新生兒肺炎患兒在咽喉深部經(jīng)口咽通氣管取痰做普通培養(yǎng)，用梅里埃V32全自動(dòng)鑒定藥敏分析儀作細(xì)菌鑒定及藥敏測定。結(jié)果：100份痰培養(yǎng)標(biāo)本中培養(yǎng)結(jié)果陽性46例，陽性率為46%。前3位致病菌是：肺炎克雷伯桿菌最、大腸埃希菌、金色葡萄球菌;結(jié)論：經(jīng)口咽通氣管吸痰方法操作簡單，刺激輕、無口腔黏膜損傷，能留取咽喉深部痰液，對明確新生兒肺炎致病菌種類有重要意義，指導(dǎo)臨床抗生素的合理使用，對技術(shù)要求不高，能在基層醫(yī)院廣泛開展。是什么意思？ 待解決
