求翻譯：關(guān)系管理學(xué)是一個(gè)新的研究架構(gòu)，對(duì)關(guān)系管理的剖析提供了豐富的內(nèi)涵和表現(xiàn)力，但是目前還止于定性論斷，要能夠定量化研究，需要形成完整的概念結(jié)構(gòu)，有了結(jié)構(gòu)才有模型，結(jié)構(gòu)清楚才能達(dá)成共識(shí)。本研究擬借鑒其概念表述，再向前推進(jìn)一步，以產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作中的組織關(guān)系使關(guān)系管理的各個(gè)概念具象化，使概念具備可操作性，解決測(cè)度量表問(wèn)題。再者，將有關(guān)概念運(yùn)用于個(gè)人層面和組織層面或相同，或不同，也需要厘清。是什么意思？ 待解決
